Backed by a group of private equity investors, including The Blackstone Group, Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and Credit Suisse, Insphere Insurance Solutions will be the largest independent professional agent insurance distribution group in America.
Insphere Insurance Solutions has already begun work on the regulatory approval process with state insurance commissions. We expect to have a force of some 3,500 agents, with offices and coverage in over 40 states when we commence service in 2010. We plan to expand geographically and in our current communities, with a goal to double our agent force over the next few years.
